Re-Lyte® Hydration Support Plus Caps

Excellent hydration!

I love Redmond's Electrolytes. They keep me hydrated during the hot Summer months in Utah. I like to use these when it's inconvenient to use the Re-Lyte powders. Both are excellent for hydration.

Quick way to get electrolytes in!

The Re-Lyte capsules are a good option in the days I need extra electrolytes but I'm not in a mood for a sweet (salty) drink or I don't want tons of liquid in my system. They are absolutely flavorless, easy to take and they don't cause me stomach issues even when taken without food. The electrolytes help my keep electrolytes in check and eliminate cramps after long runs or hikes. There's nothing special about them compared to other brands. . . but it's not the kind of product one expects to be with all bells and whistles.

My husband and I love Re-Lyte Hydration Capsules. We both have thyroid issues and hydration issues and feel like taking these capsules help keep us in check, even though we drink lots of water.
