It is a very handy tool. I use them for the trays but also for planting seeds. It’s composed of a hardened, very durable material. Easy to clean and handles my clumsiness just fine too.

I’ve only had the Mini Wini Plug popper for a few weeks but it has already proven its worth on the farm. I’ve previously written that the Mini Wini (small/16 cell/128 size) is my go-to seedling cell tray for most cut flower starts, and in the past I’ve had success with just poking out the plugs one-by-one with a just-the-right-size stick :D But this plug popper is really a no brainer for efficiency. And I no longer have to poke and prod! If you love the Mini Winis as much as I do, this is the perfect complement!
