Amazing customer service
I wanted to make sure this gift arrived on time so I reached out to customer service via the website chat. I received a response right away and was provided confirmation on what day the item would arrive. Amazing customer service! Perhaps one piece of feedback, if I may, would be to offer small note cards to describe the items (in this case, the blanket, and the material it's made from/where it's made, and all of the goodness about the blanket) so that the receiver can enjoy the item more.
