I take this daily and use the subscription service. Product great for sleep digestion and cramps for me. Also I like the fact that subscription is confirmed monthly with the option to postpone if needed so you have control

This was a recommendation to help with a deeper sleep and after trying another well known brand that didn’t help, I can say this brand has been brilliant and worth the little extra money.

Having tried many other supplements I actually really like this one. It has 3 types of magnesium, one of which is threonate. Overall excellent. No gimmicks.
