I've been taking this alongside the Inessa Pregnancy Multinutrient and I must say. I have actually recommended these to my closest girlies. I have an absolute aversion to fish and really struggled to start taking these out of fear of trying a new thing and I cannot believe that I am taking it happily, every single day with dinner! I've made sure to sandwhich it between my meal so that theres no chance or fishy aftertaste or burps (Just like the bottle suggests to) and there absolutely hasnt been at all. The capsule doesnt smell of fish, it doesnt taste of fish, the bottle doesnt smell of fish, no fish aroma in sight or taste! I am one very happy lady! Ive also noticed feeling so much more alert and zingy since taking these. I am so happy someone thought to protect our heightened senses from gross tastes and smells. thank you Inessa.
