A really engaging cup...

A really engaging cup with a robust, bloomy foundation and a long, complex winey finish. As it cools, sweet boozy fruit opens up, followed by chocolate, with a lively sweet-sour interplay that keeps changing through the cup. Distinctive, layered, and one of those coffees that rewards paying attention.

Versatile and consistant

Delivers a versatile yet consistant experience, no matter the brewing method. I regularly choose a pour over but this coffee shows just as well when I opt to use an Aeropress.
