Weber Kettle
I hesitate to write a review because it might work really well on a smoker but it didn't work at all on my Weber 26" kettle. I set it for 225 with the lower damper open half way. it overshot to 280 and then closed up all the way. It stayed at 280 for 4 hours with the damper closed until the grill ran out of fuel. I think because the grill doesn't seal at the lid, even with the damper closed all the way, I'm unable to get down to 225. I'll have to see how it works on a Weber Kamado.
