The Popper

I have 2 silicone poppers. This one is heavier, stiffer and thicker than the other. The other pops every kernel every time. This one leaves half of the popcorn un-popped and if I wait it out for more to pop it begins to burn the popped corn. I have tried using the popcorn setting and high setting on my microwave and get the same result each time. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
