Relaxing (and reassuring!)

I've recently switched to a vegan diet for a health condition and thought I'd try magnesium + calcium to make up for the lack of dairy in my diet. Really pleased that it has the same relaxing effect as magnesium when I take it an hour before bedtime and I'm sleeping really well. Will be a staple for me from now on.

I'm currently on my 3rd jar and I think it's working for me really well , felling good... Great product.
