Ocean Jasper Protection Samsung Galaxy Watch Strap

This is so much nicer than my old plastic watch band. It's interesting and pretty and very well crafted. Beads are more colorful in person than in the photos.

Measured and it didn’t fit correctly. Attempting to get them to refund the purchase - it would be easier to get blood from a stone. Provided great detail about how one piece of the wrap is too short and was given a lengthy instructions about how to tie it properly - well if the top piece of the Watch strap is too short, when you go to tie the wrap strap it doesn’t align correctly regardless of how many times I retied the knots. It didn’t align on the wrist correctly so the smart watch could work. They have a ridiculously small turn around for returns and they’re the ones dragging out the process. I will never again purchase from them and I will tell all friends and family to stay away from this company.
