Healing Turquoise Samsung Galaxy Watch Strap

The watch bands, while lovely, did not fit my watch. Even though i ordered the correct size for my watch, they wrre too big. I contacted support. It seemed the process of an even exchange would be easy, as every time I responded with their required info they responded back within hours. They asked for puctures of the bands. I sent a screenshot of my order with pictures. Wasn't good enough. Had to send pictures of the actual bands I received, "in order to get the exchange process started." I did that, too, a week ago. I'm still waitingsend. I get that it was Christmas, but it seems as if once they had my money, that was it. Jumping through hoops to get what I paid for is not good business.
