Light weight and comfortable
I upgraded to this saddle for the fall season 2025. The early half of the season was unusually hot and the 2nd half was unbearbly windy and cold, this saddle was comfortable in both. Sometimes i hike a mile out on public or 200 yards off a paved path, with this being such a light weight option it makes both easy. Im 5'9" 185 and I bought the M/L size. I would recommend using some type of suspenders to help hold them up on those longer hikes

super comfortable for larger folks
I went from a XOP Mondo to the Venatic. It was like going from a Chevy to a Ferrari! The Venatic is super lightweight and comfortable for all day sits. I'm a bit of a heavier guy (280lbs) and I can barely tell Im wearing it. Never any hip pinch, and never digs into my legs. I always wear my saddle into the woods, and the collapsible feature of this saddle is excellent. Don't think, just buy one.
