Best I have ever had!
I’m 74 years old. So I have had smokers, Weber grills, and gas grilles. I always wanted something like the Brazilians us with heat regulation. But they are to big and expensive. We moved after I retired and needed a grill. I happened to watch Kent Rollins. And I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was exactly what I wanted. After moving into our new house I ordered the 131. In the last three years I can’t tell you how much I have used it. From burger to steak to brisket. Tomorrow I am smoking bacon. I do find heat control still hard and I feel it is my lump coal control. To much to soon. I have gotten the new defector and will try out tomorrow. Smoking bacon you have to have low heat 200f - 275f. It has been a game changer in my cooking life. P.S. wife likes her BBQ chicken on it too
