This is far and away the easiest barrel smoker to operate on the planet. Wants to hold between 250 and 300 with minimal vent manipulation. With just a little attention you can roll between 225 and 275 with almost no effort. Completely rethinking 2026 competition set up

Fantastic manufacturing, design, workmanship. Beautiful unit. Exactly what I had in my mind to build on my own but you guys did it a lot better.

The most tefined barrel smoker on the market. I have had a Gateway (which I loved), a Pit Boss Barrel and a UDS. This is the next level. Ability to add wood chunks and/or charcoal is key. Its built tight and sturdy. Will be buying another RN Stainless next year during scratch and dent no doubt
