The Roughneck is an amazing smoker

I just got this new Roughneck as I wanted to get back into charcoal/wood smoking without relying on electronics. This is my first Hasty Bake and I am blown away by the quality. This guy is Heavy and built like a tank. After burn in I did a high temp direct heat tri-tip that was amazing. This past weekend I did a pork shoulder with the heat deflector in. It ran at 275 all day with almost no fluctuations. The pork came out amazing. This weekend I am doing 6 shoulders for a wedding event. This is a fantastic buy.

Absolutely Love It!

What a great smoker! Making some of the best BBQ I have made in my life! As a bonus, I am thrilled at how quickly my corten steel 133 is developing the most beautiful patina! Great job Hasty Bake!!
