A little awkward in the beginning, but super easy and convenient when i got the hang of it. I empty and wash it when I wake up and before bed (in the shower/tub is the most convenient) and forget about it the rest of the day. I love that it's reusable, and came with some disposable ones I can keep in my emergency period bag

Didn’t work well with my anatomy but you never know unless you try it. If it didn’t cause me more pain with than without, then I’d probably still use it.
