Made a boneless chuck pot roast, about four pounds, with baby potatoes, rainbow carrots. Purple top turnips on stove top, along with snap green beans. Could have used a larger size to fit all the ingredients in. The dutch oven cleaned up better than I expected. The enamel coating showed burnt spots under the lid and along the sides of the dutch oven that weren't submerged in the braising liquid. Following the instructions on cleaning the dutch oven I was surprised how easily it cleaned up.

This piece is not only functional, but beautiful. It heats very evenly. I've used it for stews, poaching eggs, baking bread and more. Its versatile, easy to clean, and worth every penny.
