H Kick Boxing is a very good introduction to striking. What is particularly useful about the videos is that Henri emphasizes REALISM. The K.I.S.S. system advocated by Henri doesn't rely on the fancy or the flashy, just simple and EFFECTIVE fundamentals that build upon each other. I wish Henri could provide more content on advanced topics i.e., linking combinations together, ring and cage control etc. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a simple and effective system, its the total beginners' package.
