They do not hold heat more than 4-5 minutes. One of the two pieces got stretched out after 2 applications and very loose and large. Poor fit and uneven size. Do not recommend

I love my Cocoon! Cold and heat therapy is exactly what the doctor ordered for my reinjured knee, and to get this in one product was perfect. Even without cold/heat therapy the brace gives great stability to my knee. I really like how well it fits under my pants. No more bulky braces for me.

It was just too small for my mom’s knee. And my Cocoons doesn’t make a larger size. Will have to look into returning it. I have a pair that I use and I love them - and I was hoping to have my mom enjoy them, too.
