Great products and wonderful customer service

(I am a recording engineer and studio owner) Ever since my Ma****z SR7012 basically died after three years almost to the day after purchasing and repairing it would have cost almost the same as a new one, I decided to get this combo and go for separate units. The amp is extremely powerful and it definitely takes care of the passive speakers in my 5.0 setup and the PreAmp is extremely versatile, so much so I am using it as my 7.1.4 ATMOS studio "brain". I only have extremely kind words to describe the incredible customer service and attention, which is something lacking from any of the big name brands and something that is very rare these days-I had a problem recently and it was taken care of in a timely manner and in a professional fashion. I will definitely buy more products from Summit!
