The first time the hose retracted itself I was in love with it. I've dealt with "demon" hoses my whole life and I'm not young so this devise is a gamechanger for me. I bought one for the front yard and one for the backyard. The swivel on both the main unit and the nozzle makes it perfect for me. I absolutely love it!
