A great range of quality malts for those wanting to experiment. These malts help the brewer to create bespoke ales or beers that are mimics of commercial brews, in particular they are great for making continental brews like tripel, bock and dubbel beers. The Muntons website assistant is helpful if rather limited and does some basic choices for you to achieve beers you want to make but doesn't allow you to select your own malt choices and make a bespoke beer, similarly hop and yeast choices are limited and these of course have huge impact on the finished result. Overall a great way to enable creation and experimentation into craft brewing and I have turned to using this range exclusively, it's that good!
