I’ve been taking HCL betaine for a few weeks now and it has helped greatly with my digestion and regularity! Especially with large meals or foods I’m not used to eating.

after years of struggling eating anything at all didn't matter if it was chicken or rice or fast food or salad I was so sick all the time I take two of these every time I eat, and if I'm having a heavy meal three, however my only complaint is that it was on back order and out of stock for 2 1/2 months and I was so sick for those 2 1/2 months when it finally came back I ordered 10 bottles Please don't let that ever happen again. People like me really rely on this product.

Best supplement out there

I don’t go without it especially for high protein meals. I’ve had to try other HCls out there and they either had horrific smelling and tasting ingredients or they didn’t work well.
