It pops, but it's fine

Sometimes the "magic" bits pop out. It's a lot more common than I'd like. They're easy to put back in, though; I haven't seen a total collapse or anything, just a single piece that pops out. It's fairly annoying but it sticks right back in. The puzzle itself is nice. I admit I got overwhelmed trying to solve it myself and checked the attached solution, and in hindsight I wish I hadn't; there is quite an elegant solution to the "magic" bits on there, and I probably could have found it if I had been more patient. Either way; it's a nice little puzzle, so long as you're patient with the pops, and it's not a long solve once you learn the steps.

Well-made, a little tricky

So far I have been a big fan of the Magic Tower series, this one is no exception. Well-constructed, turning quality is great. I was able to find a solution to the circle bits without TOO much trouble, although I'll be toying with this puzzle some more as I suspect there is a more elegant way to solve it than what I stumbled into. If you passed on the regular 3x3 Magic Tower only because it wasn't different enough from a regular Pyraminx, then this one is definitely worth picking up.
