Clean Slate Peelable Nail Base Coat

Arrived completely solid with a damaged brush and a different color (white) than advertised (clear-ish). When i contacted customer service I was told it was frozen (in MAY/JUNE) and to soak it in hot water. Had to ASK for a replacement, which I only just received.

I actually want to return it but I think it's too late to do so. This peely base formula I feel isn't made for nail polish but only for dip powders. It's such a struggle to Peel off and when it does, it's in tiny flakes so it takes forever.

Love the concept of this, but it just didn't work for me. Even after following the directions, they would just fall riight off without me even trying to "peel" it off.
