Step 3 - No UV Finish Gel Top Coat

This was a replacement order and it came as expected. Only a couple of weeks into using Revel dip powder, but I get at least a solid week with an application, so I’ve been happy with it.

I’ve used Revel EZ care’s 3-step system for years. I was not happy opening up this bottle of Step 3. It came out in a long stringy yet thick mass on its first dip, & I thought oh boy - what’s going on here?! The 2nd & 3rd ones evened out a bit, & from then on it seemed to be ok. However, sadly, I noticed that the tip of the brush/aplicator was “clumping” together in a spot, so I wasn’t able to get a nice easily fanned out brush tip as I was applying it to each nail. I’m not very happy!!! 😡

This is the best topcoat I have used!
