Great and does it's job

Build up!
The building powder is easy to work with. It goes on well. I am still learning, so far I've learned the more you build and the smoother it is the better the color dip powder stays on and without chips. Sometimes I like to wear the build powder with no color or a neutral color, to keep my nails strong.
