Tieguanyin that you remember
I tasted it for the first time at your tea house in 2023, and it was a completely new experience for me — roasted Tieguanyin. Before, I had tried regular/classic Tieguanyin, but this roasted one reminded me of Hong Shui (red water Taiwan oolong), but it's sweeter (like Tieguanyin).
It can be steeped many times (5-6). The only downside is perhaps the price... I would like to order more of it and drink it more often, but it is too expensive for daily brewing.

Unique!
This is such a special Tieguanyin. To be honest, I prefer the Eastern Leaves' Yunnan version to the Taiwanese one, and the roasting is just right. The liquor is rich, sweet, chocolaty, almost indulgent - as you can have multiple infusions, I could spend the whole morning drinking it. The third and fourth infusions are a delight. I also love the shape of the leaves, so perfectly curly. I highly recommend it trying it, you will be surprised!
