Bought this ring and one for June as gifts for my wife since her due date was right on the edge being either month. When the baby came, I called the company and someone picked up almost immediately. Not only did they send me an email with the return label for the June ring but, they also stole me I was able to send the May ring in for an alteration so she could wear it. Hands down best customer service I’ve experienced and will definitely consider them for future purchases.
