Nail polish
I like the color, but my nail polish and other items arrived in a box without any kind of protection for the glass bottles of nail polish. It looked as if the items were literally thrown into the box. They needed some kind of bubble wrap or paper to protect the nail polish. One of the nail polish bottles was broken and the polish was all over the other items. It was a mess!
