I recently completed a new deck project and chose Semco for the waterproofing system, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. The Semco membrane and clear sealer created a clean, durable, and fully waterproof surface that immediately improved the quality and longevity of my deck. The application process was straightforward, the coverage was consistent, and the finish looks professional. I also used Semco reinforcement tape on seams and transitions, and it bonded perfectly with the membrane. After curing, the surface feels solid, smooth, and ready for long‑term use. What impressed me most is how well Semco performs as a complete system — no peeling, no bubbling, and excellent adhesion to the plywood substrate. Looks to me like it's going to be a excellent product I can't really tell how I just put it on everything went on real nice have to see it in 5 years

I had first used SEMCO products a few years back. that's when I used it to cover my basement floor. now this past year 2025 late fall, I had my garage floor leveled. there was significant upheaval and the floor was cracked along 3 fault lines. the contractor routered these out a bit more and applied some miracle glue sealant. so as time passed from the floor leveling I became comfortable with it not subsiding again. I needed a time frame of 4 days with no rain scheduled. cause I had to move all my stuff out from the garage and a hat off to myself- I had previously made wheeled carts to store things, anyways, my floor was a mess..oil stains, big pit marks from road salt[ I think it's called spalling ] so after a full day of scrubbing with the blue soap and then stone soap rinsing it down with garden hose and squeegeeing and vacuuming I started the process off filling in the pit mark holes and there was a lot. I used Durabond 90 setting compound. that took some time. my first day project time was in excess of 19 hours,, . I kept an oscillating fan running overnight to aid in drying. the next day Thursday- I think I did some more filling of pit marks and used the membrane to cover the repaired fault lines easy- peasy . finally very late Thursday night I had my 3 coats of liquid membrane down and three top coats of titan shield. that was the easy part, prep is the toughest but if you want a good job done then take comfort in knowing you did good prep work. the daytime temperatures were in the upper 80's to low 90's and one of the few times this year of lower than normal humidity. [point to remember the titan shield protects the liquid membrane] so if you recognize that the patches on the seams of the fault lines are apparent, that's okay.
