The customer service is excellent. I ordered a double car garage kit. I put 1/2 of the kit on and noticed I had put the sheets on wrong. The foam is to be facing into the garage and I had it backwards. So I installed 1/2 of the kit. I contacted customer service and they offered to send a single car garage kit free if I paid $20 for shipping. What excellent service. I am extremely satisfied with this product and the service they gave me.

Great customer service, messed up two of the panels while putting them up; contacted them and within five days got the replacement panels.

Fairly easy to install. Wish they added 1 extra sheet for goofups. Maybe some tape to cover gaps. Otherwise it does work! Notable decrease in temp on hot days.
