Moderno kids has the best and most responsive customer service I have ever seen. We lost our charger for the moderno F-450 ride on truck and I ordered a spare battery and a new charger from them. The new battery came in but the charger didn’t ship with it. I asked the customer support about it and they shipped a charger that day and I received it in about 3 days time at most. They care about the customer and have incredible products. My little boy loves his truck and the charge on the batteries last forever. They’re well built and keep him entertained for hours on end. I’m sure I’m buy more from them in the future and I recommend them to anyone. I don’t think you could go wrong with this company.
