12V 14AH Removable High Capacity SLA Battery for Model MKSX1718/MKSX2025

When the battery arrived, I put it to charge and as soon as i plugged it the charger turned green, indicating it was charged. I plugged it into the toy and the battery had no charge, i believe the battery is foulty. I reached out to Moderno kids, and they recommended i test the battery and didn't offer any other solution. And I haven't received any other emails from them. Im stuck with a battery thatdoesn'tt work..

Battery Replacement

The initial battery I purchased was faulty from the start. I had to get a battery replacement plus wait over 6 weeks to receive it. In addition I had to pay $79 for the replacement battery and in my opinion your customer service leaves much to desire and it is unlikely I will do business or recommend your company in the future.

Good quality and run time

Holds charge and provides adequate run time for Moderno Jeep.
