One exchange one warranty

Steering wheel cover is well made, comfortable and looks great. The challenge I’ve seen is the cover loosens and slides off the steering wheel when the car is hot.

The seat cushion and the headrest are comfortable. However, the backrest cushion is not practical or comfortable. Could I use my one exchange to replace it with another cushion?
