MM815 Motorized Drop Down & Swivel TV Mount

A great mount

I boght this to replace a manual version I finally wore out. A friend helped me install it and it works perfectly. HINT for brick chimney mount: I made wallpaper from photos I took of the chimney and, rather than painting the side panels made to cover the hardware, papered them. This made the whole installation blend better with the chimney. I would recommend that if you do not have a knowledgeable person helping you should consider professional installation to save time.

Bad start, great finish

After I got it installed, the lifting arm did not work right at all. Would not go up or down without stopping multiple times. After talking with support on the phone and by email, they sent me a replacement lifting arm. Now it works perfectly, exactly as described.

Love this mount. It’s sturdy, smooth operation and the remote feature enabling up down side to side TV position is wonderful. So cool. Friends love it too
