Great quality mount

Love the mechanics; it's very smooth and sturdy. The packaging was great. The install is not trivial but the directions were good. I should have mounted it a couple inches higher. I misunderstood the gap measurements.

It’s awesome. We use it on our patio and it gives us a lot of viewing flexibility. In addition we can easily lower it so we can put the cover on then raise it so we can free up the counter space.

MM-MAX1 Full Motion TV Mount

I purchased this mount a few months ago, and since getting it installed and using it, I love everything about it. My back patio TV is mounted over the fireplace mantel, so it sits really high. I was looking for a mount that would pull out and over the mantel, and slide down for easier TV viewing. This mantel does all of that and more. If you are looking for a versatile TV mount, I highly recommend this one. It is pricey, but worth every penny in my opinion.
