First Smoke

We started with chicken breast, they were great, second time burger smoked. Mixed in BB sauce and seasoning, it smoked for 2 hrs ( cold out). Had the flavor of Barbecued ribs. I am sold! Used a lot less pellets than I expected, making this grill easier and less expensive than feeding the charcoal grill.

Works great! Saves Pellets!

I live in a ski town. Temps in the evening drop near zero. The thermal blanket keeps the unit at a constant temperature and also keeps it from being hot to the touch. It's a great addition!

Just unpacked it and got it put together. Very easy to put together and very easy to season.... if your not experienced makes sure to check out social media for groups that will help you figure everything out!
