I have always wanted to make my own butter chicken but found cooking them from scratch required so much effort and then I found this base. Oh my it has been one of my best finds.

Always being fan of Butter Chicken have tried other brands, none with the flavor hit that can look after 2 people that has different taste buds. Have now tried both ways that the packet says and cant work out which way is better.

Toddler's Favourite

This is my toddlers favourite meal ever. We make big batches and freeze for easy weeknight dinners. Cauliflower is a great addition. After simmering with the pot on for 20 minutes we find it's still a bit too liquidy for us so we simmer lid off for at least another 15 minutes.
