The Name says it all "Bravo"! Bravo to you Ms. Geller for putting out such fine products! I actually enjoy using this Bravo Brows Soft Pencil & Brush. I chose dark brown. My eyebrows are changing before I'm ready for them to change. For the longest time they were a dark, dark brown, almost black. Now they are a faded brownish-black. I'm confused as to what color to wear on my eyebrows. Because your pencil in dark brown has a reddish hue, I mix it with the double-ended dark brown eyebrow pen. Thank you again for offering to us any and all sound advice, about what color('s) we should be using on our eyebrows at our age.

Customer service was outstanding.....I originally ordered the toupe color but it was to dark...The exchange process was smooth, fast and the new blond color is perfect and a good match for my skin color and silver hair.

Wasn’t sure if colour was right

I debated to buy this on line for ages as I wasn’t sure if the colour was right for me. Anyway I took a deep breath and trusted the quality of Laura Gellar brand and professional advice.
