Great Intro to the Game

Bought this for my grandson. It is very easy to understand and includes some fun activities to learn more about how the pieces move. A great resource!

Nice synopsis of the rules and movement of the pieces

I appreciate that this was offered at no charge with my order, as I plan to give it to a new player that I come across. Written at about a teenager to adult level, this would not be the right guide for a child. I think the score sheets in the back are a nice touch too.

Precise and informative

I feel this booklet covers everything you need to know in order to get going with chess. It's also very useful for translating the basics into another language.
