4/4 Rough Cut Hickory
Grain was beautiful with only a very small split on one end well outside of project measurements. Considering that it was rough cut there was just the slightest bow which was easy to joint and plane with almost no loss of thickness.

Last order review
My last order was several rough cut 4/4 boards of varying species. Just a little jointing, planing and re-sawing and they are beautiful and perfect for my box making students! Another great order.

Exactly as expected
The board arrived quickly. The dimensions are accurate, and the milling required will be about as you'd expect with rough cut wood. It was free of any major cracks or voids. In my case, I use hickory mainly in place of plywood for certain shop-made tools (mallet heads, tool handles, etc.) and jigs, as for a hardwood it's inexpensive, dense, and is easily worked.
