Missing speed hook

Overall great quality for a $350 cordovan boots (4/5). They are sturdy, comfortable, and I expect them to last a long time with the proper care. The finishing isn’t perfect (some scuffs) and I had a defect in the insole (rippling caused when they nailed the heal). A quick brushing and a cushioned insole would have fixed the problem but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. Thankfully the exchange process has been great so far. I’m looking forward to getting my correctly sized pair in the mail soon.
