These are not like most cowboy boots, particularly the unusual Danite sole and the amazing kudu roughout leather, but the superb craft and execution of Rios of Mercedes also sets these apart. (Personal sizing input: go half up from your Brannock, i.e., use your typical sneaker size. This last is comfortable, not too narrow as the boot heads towards the almond shaped toe and this kudu leather is sure to stretch.) Superb, in every way, and Pinto Ranch is stellar in customer service and communication.

Hello. I love the boots but your sizing is off by at least half a size. I am between a 10.5 and an 11, so I ordered these in 11, initially. They were way too small. Even the 11.5 is tight but I'm optimistic they will stretch. I'd be surprised if I was the only one with this issue. Great boots, though. I would love this is a true round-toe cowboy boot.

Being a life long Lucchese boot wearer and honestly never impressed by anything outside the Lucchese brand. These Rios of Mercedes Waxed Kudos for Pinto Ranch are AMAZING!. Sizing is a little different, however the folks at Pinto Ranch are the best. I am a solid 9.5EE in all styles Lucchese, ordered that in the Rios, was just too tight in the toe box and a just a hair short. Sent them back and by that time the Rios were sold out, so was promptly refunded. Kept checking and when restocked bought the 10EE in Rios and WOW, what a GREAT feel!! I go through a pair of Lucchese barn boots yearly, we will see how these Rios fair. Out of the box they are amazing and honestly don't want to take them off my feet. Pinto Ranch is a GREAT store to work with and these Rios of Mercedes boots are top notch!
