I have these in tan and the left boot was extremely tight on the instep. These are even tighter and impossible to get on. I wear a half size larger because of that and I have a wide foot. I own about 7 pair of Lucchese’s and these are the only boots I have ever had a problem with. They usually fit big in the larger size so I wear a thick sock and that works out great.

The fit is the same ole story: a bit too snug over the instep. If not for that i woulda kept em. The boots are so stylish and well made. I was looking forward to them tucked in with my skinny jeans. But woe is me, the chick with the real high instep, had to send them back just like all the rest. Maybe someday they will hear my cries for a luccchese boot made just to fit us high arched gals. 10-4?
