These Australian NY Strips are amazing! The marbling is incredible and the meat has so much depth of flavor. Expertly cut, packaged, and shipped by Erik who is always so personable and helpful. The only problem with his steaks is that nothing else will compare to them in the future, buyer beware! Thanks again Erik
