Beautiful box, was hesitant to get the glass top but glad I did. Clear and easy to use seasoning instructions plus video links. I’ve owned for a little over a month and it does take a minute to become familiar with the solution and crystal. Great follow up emails from Case Elegance and prompt responses to questions from the customer care group. I also appreciate (and even look forward to) the random product/cigar review emails. Would definitely recommend Case Elegance.
