Octodor Glass Top Humidor

Arrived quickly and packaged extrememly well. Only took about 2 days to season it and its holding humidity extremely well. I am impressed at the quality!

My experience started off rough because the FedEx delivery service lost my package. The Customer Service rep was great and sent another one out right away. In that process, I accidentally gave them the wrong address as a confirmation. They pointed it out and were able to correct it before sending the new product. I am very happy with the customer service I received from Case Elegance.
