Had a problem with my shipment. Contacted Michelle and she took care of it without hesitation. Another unit is on the way. I currently have 2 other Plus 2s and they have been working without incident for several years, don’t expect anything else from the Plus 4. Customer service is fantastic,especially Michelle.

It worked well once fixed

One of the fans didn’t work, but they quickly offered to replace it, great customer service, my friend who does computers actually replaced the fan for me
