Never again

I ordered a blue bathroom vanity set along with a faucet. My order came in like in 7/8 days not bad. Now we open the boxes, the cabinet itself is blue and the mirror is brown to completely different color. Now to the faucet, when we open the box it’s a 12inch instead of the 6 that we ordered. I reach out and got a quick response. I was sent 2 return labels for ups , 1 for the wrong color mirror and 1 for the faucet. I drop them of at ups no problem. After a week I started to call about my exchange, I was told it was on its way and I should receive it by this day. That day came and pass nothing, another week came and pass nothing. Then finally the mirror came and no faucet. Waited a few days again and no faucet. I called, oh it was sent out and should be there by next Wednesday, next Wednesday came and gone no faucet, another Wednesday came and gone no faucet. Then I decide to call after 3wks off nothing. Oh it will be there by next Thursday or Friday, those days came and gone again. The following week I called for a refund and was told it was mailed out yesterday. I didn’t believe them but he gave me a tracking number. Finally I received my faucet. I am not sure if I want to go through that headache again so I may not order anything again.
